Internet Explorer Scope Resolution

I have enclosed in only 5 steps JScript weirdness, hoping all precedent deliriums about functions, standards, and Internet Explorer, will make more sense now.

  1. From where you get ECMA Script certificate? Please explain that.
    Perhaps is good to read ECMA262 documentation before conclusion. Here you presented absolutely expected behaviour.
